If convicted on all charges,�he could face up to 30 years in prison and a $1.5 million fine, though under U.S. sentencing guidelines, he would probably face no more than 15 to 21 months in prison.Seven-time Cy Young award winner Roger Clemens arrived at the courthouse nearly four hours early for a hearing to face charges of lying to Congress about whether he used steroids or human growth hormone.
